Parking Rules for Hotel Špindlerova Bouda

Introductory Provisions

(hereinafter "operator")

These operating rules govern the use of the private parking lot operated by Hotel Špindlerova Bouda (hereinafter "parking lot") in the territory of the Krkonoše National Park (KRNAP). The parking lot is intended exclusively for hotel guests and other authorized users.

By entering the parking area, a private legal relationship is established between the user and the operator, and the user agrees to these operating rules. Ignorance of the rules is no excuse.

1\. General Rules for Passenger Car Parking

1.1\. Parking is permitted only after payment of the parking fee.
1.2\. The parking fee must be paid without delay after parking the vehicle at the reception of Hotel Špindlerova Bouda.
1.3\. Proof of payment of the parking fee must be visibly displayed behind the windshield of the vehicle for the entire duration of parking.
1.4\. Parking without payment constitutes a violation of these rules. In such a case, the user is obliged to pay a contractual penalty of CZK 5,000, payable upon written request from the operator.
1.5\. Attempting to leave without paying the parking fee or penalty may lead to legal enforcement, with all costs (e.g., legal services, court fees) added to the amount owed.
1.6\. The user is obliged to follow these operating rules and the instructions of the parking lot staff. Violation of the rules may lead to expulsion from the parking lot.
1.7\. The following is prohibited in the parking lot:
– Drifting, performing dangerous maneuvers, or compromising safety.
– Causing excessive noise.
– Performing repairs, contaminating the area, draining or releasing fluids.

2\. Rules for Caravan Parking

2.1\. Caravans are subject to all rules listed in Section 1.
2.2\. It is forbidden to discharge gray water, chemical toilet waste, or other waste substances. Violations will be sanctioned with a contractual penalty of CZK 10,000 and may lead to immediate expulsion.
2.3\. It is not allowed to use open flames, grill, set up tents or gazebos, or expand facilities beyond the parking space.
2.4\. Caravans must not occupy more parking spaces than designated or block traffic.
2.5\. Connection to infrastructure (e.g., electricity) is possible only with the consent of the operator.
2.6\. Overnight stays in caravans and vehicles are prohibited unless written consent has been granted by the operator.

3\. Sanctions and Debt Collection

3.1\. Violation of these operating rules will be considered an offense against the operating conditions.
3.2\. Unpaid parking fees, penalties, or other charges will be enforced through legal means. The debtor bears the costs of enforcement.
3.3\. The operator reserves the right to temporarily detain the vehicle by technical means (e.g., blocking device) until obligations are paid.

4\. Visitor Obligations

4.1\. Each user is obliged to:
– Follow these rules and staff instructions.
– Maintain order, not discard waste outside designated containers.
– Behave considerately towards others.
– Respect the natural environment of KRNAP.

5\. Additional Provisions

5.1\. The parking lot is located in the protected area of KRNAP. Users are obliged to comply not only with these rules but also with the KRNAP visitor rules. Violations will be reported to the relevant nature conservation authorities.
5.2\. The operator is not responsible for damage caused by natural events, third parties, theft, vandalism, or other circumstances beyond the operator's control. Parking is at your own risk.
5.3\. The user is obliged to secure their vehicle against theft and not leave valuables in it.
5.4\. The parking lot is monitored by a camera system. Records are kept in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act and may be provided to the relevant authorities in case of an incident.
5.5\. The administrator of personal data processed through the camera system is the operator.
5.6\. All legal disputes related to the operation of the parking lot are governed by the legal system of the Czech Republic.
