1. How can I book my stay:

Most options can be found at https://www.spindlerovabouda.cz/en/booking - here you can find various types of rooms, meals, services and you can choose what suits you best, including various cancellation and payment terms. 2. What are the accommodation options at the Hotel Spindlerova Bouda?

Hotel Špindlerova Bouda offers different types of rooms, which are located in two buildings - the main building (where the restaurant and wellness are located) and the dependance (located about 100 meters from the main building).  The Dependance is priced at a discounted rate, although the rooms are equipped in the same way as the main building. 3. Are there any dining options at the Hotel Špindlerova Bouda?

Yes, the hotel has a spacious restaurant where you can enjoy Czech and international cuisine. Meals are mostly prepared from locally available ingredients.

Breakfast (7:30-10:00 am)

Half board (breakfast + dinner), dinner 6:00-8:00 pm

Full board (breakfast, lunch, dinner)

Breakfast and dinner are served as a menu or buffet - depending on availability.

 

Passant (guest not staying at the hotel):

For non-hotel guests, the restaurant is open from 11:00-22:00. We cook until 21:30. You can also buy breakfast - at the hotel reception. If you just want to have a coffee or a drink to snack on at breakfast time, use our lobby bar.

 

4. What wellness services does the Hotel Spindlerova Bouda provide?

The hotel offers a relaxation centre with a swimming pool and sauna, steam room and whirlpool, which is open daily from 09:00 to 21:00 (in the off-season we reserve the right to adjust the opening hours, please contact the hotel reception for information). Hotel guests do not need to book the spa in advance. Massages, on the other hand, the earlier you book, the better. For more information, please visit https://www.spindlerovabouda.cz/en/wellness .

5. Can I bring my pet with me to the hotel?

Yes, it is possible to bring your dog with you. The pet is charged a fee of 400,- CZK / night and a refundable deposit of 2.000, - CZK. It is possible to take your dog with you to standard rooms. The number of pets is limited. It is necessary to report the stay of the pet already when booking.

 

6. What are the parking options at the Hotel Špindlerova Bouda?

The hotel provides parking not only for hotel guests, but also for non-residents directly at the building. It is possible to park a motorbike, car, caravan or bus. For buses it is obligatory to reserve a parking space in advance, for caravans it is also recommended. 7. What are the transport options to the hotel Špindlerova Bouda?

If you do not want to or cannot drive to our hotel, we recommend using the bus connection from Špindlerův Mlýn directly to our hotel with a frequency of up to 1 x per hour depending on the season. If you are driving your own car, please have chains ready in winter, which you will certainly appreciate in case of poor skiable conditions, and there is a command sign at the entrance to the national park😊

 

8. Are there facilities for conferences or training sessions at the hotel?

Yes, the hotel has a conference centre capable of accommodating up to 100 people in a theatre style setting. We also offer a wide range of programs, team building activities, catering for your event. The hotel can also be used for various meetings, celebrations, small concerts, training sessions. We have a wealth of experience and will be happy to advise you. 9. What activities does the hotel offer for sports?

The hotel offers tennis, basketball, volleyball ( bookings at the hotel reception ) in the fresh mountain air in the summer time and there are other possibilities for hiking, cycling nearby.  There is also a scooter rental at the hotel. In the winter season there is a toboggan run, a small ski lift Malý Šišák (information about operation, tickets https://www.sankarska-draha.cz/ and https://www.sankarska-draha.cz/lyzarsky-vlek/) and it is also possible to use any of their activities (adrenaline park, ski rental, ski school, quad bikes, bridging, .....) in cooperation with our partner Yellow Point and we have a 15% discount for our hotel guests. You can get your discount card and more information at the hotel reception.

 

10. What are the check-in and check-out times at Hotel Spindlerova Bouda?

The standard check-in time is 14:00-20:00. In case you will be delayed, please inform our hotel reception in time. If you have half board booked for the arrival day and you are late, we can prepare a cold bowl for you if you let us know this at the minimum. 5 hours in advance. In case we do not have this information, the half board on that day will be forfeited without refund.

Check out time: 7:30-10:00 am. Please check out later directly with the hotel reception.

 

11. How do I book my accommodation?

You can make a reservation directly on our website in the BOOKING section ( https://www.spindlerovabouda.cz/en/booking ) or by contacting our reception by email (info@spindlerovabouda.cz). Telephone reservations are not accepted. Thank you for your understanding.

 

12. Do I only have to register in person at the hotel for my stay?

No, we also allow online check-in 3 days prior to arrival. If you do not receive the link for the check in form automatically, please contact our hotel reception who will be happy to send you the link and you can fill out these forms in advance to save time with the formalities on arrival.

 

13. What do I need to have ready for my arrival at the hotel?

For check in you must have ready the name and surname, date of birth of all participants, passport/ID number, permanent address,. For foreigners it is obligatory to present a valid travel document also for children of any age. If it is not presented it passes to us the obligation to report this fact to the foreign police. If you have purchased your stay through a travel agency or other provider, please also prepare a valid voucher.

 

14. I want to invoice my employer for my stay - to use the FKSP fund.

This is not a problem either.

1. Book your stay on our website, if you do not have this option or do not want to use it, book your stay via sales@spindlerovabouda.cz.

2. After booking, send an email to sales@spindlerovabouda.cz with your reservation number.

3. Be sure to include your billing information and the required text for billing.

4. We will take care of the invoice and send it to your contact.

Once your employer has paid your invoice, we will notify you.
